It's a serious deep work (Words of impression - first week) An oppotunity to meet myself again and learn how to accept the different things that arise, the pleasant flow, as the feeling of stuckong, lazyness, drowsiness, envy....criticism. I feel it's a serious deep work that creates whole expeience. The physical dynamic part is challenging for me, and I realy like that we have time for self research.
