Essense of subbody method |

1 Calm down Calm down your daily body by breathing and swaying meditation. When you feel relax and comfortable sway in your body, gradually your thinking is stopping, and become as quiet as possible. To become quiet body is the entrance for subbody world.
2 Listen to the body Transform from thinking mode to listening mode in the darkness of body. You can feel subtle bodily feelings are streaming in your body. Taste them, enjoy them. Slowly you will notice that they are streaming and changing in each moment at your various part of body and mind. Feel that each of your cells are resonating with gravity, air, temperature, light, sounds, and so on. Listen in them carefully, these physical feelings are resonating with inner memories beyond time and space. Dreams, images, inner rhythms, visions are also streaming in your darkness of body. They are so tiny and delicate. They are million times subtler than daily sense. Listen in them as subtle as possible. We call them "Qualia". Qualia are everything which life feels. Not only human, but all kinds of life feel qualia. Life is resonating through qualia with everything in the world. (About qualia: Read "The Qualia")
3. Become subbody When you are feeling various subtle qualia in the darkness of body, if you catch a novel qualia, follow it, and taste it deeply. And amplify it by whole body movement and mind. Become it by whole being. Welcome! It is one of your subbody. Subbody is unification of subconsciousness and body. They are not separated but oneness in the subconscious realm. The feelings are always changing and streaming, you can become various beings or creatures. Sometimes you may become air, wind, water stream, stone, and so on. The other time, you may become ameba, bacteria, jellyfish, lizard, bird, animal, plant, and so on. Or, your hidden characters which are hidden in the darkness of body may come out. Become every kinds of subbody. With becoming subbodies, you can travel in your whole self world.
4. Resonance Life is resonating with everything through qualia. The resonance of qualia is so subtle, but when you become quiet body, you can catch it. Open you resonativity until the maximum. Taste the subtle resonance. They are resonating beyond time and space. Your present qualia are resonating with your hidden memories like as your mother's voice, skin, and so on. They are resonating with even memories of the dead. Your qualia are resonating with different qualia which your friends feel. The resonance are happening beyond time and space, beyond every kinds of borders; between self and others, inside and outside, body and mind/, now here and nowhere indivisual and group, and so on. You can become cobody, too. Cobody is resonating subbodies. Taste the flexible transformation among subbodies and cobodies.
5. Transparency The subbody world is full of creativity and originality. You don't need to effort to create something. Not you but your subbody will create various novel movements. You can just give your body for subbodies and cobodies, and follow them with vacating your ego and self. It becomes a novel, numinous and necessary creation without any restrictions. The creation is the biggest gift from your life and for the world. Taste the whole process transparently, and share it with the world transparently. |

| Introduction of subbody method | |
| Conditioning for shifting into subbody mode
Subbody is subconscious body. In the subconscious realm, sub-consciousness
and body is melting together into oneness. This world is completely different
world from daily world. We need to learn how to shift from daily life to
subbody life. Please learn the six steps for shifting subbody mode, and
change your way of everyday life. 1. Be alone We need to release from daily mode for becoming subbody. Daily body is bound by many binds; human relationship, social role, persona,
judgment, and so on. When we are with people, we cannot release from these
binds. To be alone, this is the most fundamental step for becoming subbody. 2. Stop talking When we talk with others, we are bound by language consciousness. Language
consciousness is bound by dualism logic; good/bad, right/wrong, self/others,
inside/outside, mind/body, individual/kind, and so on. Subbody doesn't have these border. It lives in non-dual and multi-dimensional
world. The second step is to stop talking, then gradually we are released
from daily body and mind.
3. Listen in the subtle signal The consciousness controls us as a director of our habit, action, thinking
and everything in our daily life. For becoming subbody mode, we need to shift the position of consciousness
from director to listener in the darkness of body( subconscious world).
4. Taste all qualia When we start listening into subtle signal of body, we can meet so many
diverse body feeling, image, vision, and so on. I call them "qualia".
5. Become everything When you feel interesting qualia, ride on them with whale body and mind.
Become something. They may not human shape and out of humanistic imagination.
Don't worry. here is no judgment of dualistic; right/wrong. Release your
body as subbody which is streaming and changing shape flexiblly. 6. Resonate with everything Our lives are always resonating with everything in the world, beyond time
and space. Open your resonativity fully. Subbody is also shifting cobody.
Cobody is resonating subbody. There are no border between your subbody
and other's subbody. Subbody is cobody. Cobody is subbody. Congraturation!
You reach the non-dual world of life. Now you can open your creativity,
originality, and resonativity freely beyond all borders.

| Practical Introduction | |
| Subbody is not easy to understand by head, but by body experience it's
much more easyer than head. Please try the following practice, when you
feel stiff or tension in your body and mind. Swaying meditation 1. Dorp down breathing Find a quiet comfortable place. Sit down with leg relaxed position. Breathe in through nose or mouth, try both way. When you inhale, imagine that some one pull up your head and spine by a string to the sky. Your spine will be stretched to the sky comfortablly. Breathe out through nose or mouth. When you exhale, imagine that your head and spine are keep hanging from the sky, and the other all cells are drop down into the center of the earth. Listen in the changing of the body feeling in each part of body. You will feel deep relaxation. Repeat this losing breathing meditation several times until your body and mind calm down and feel deep relaxation. 2. Clock swaying Imagine that you are sitting on the ship. You ship start swaying to the front and back direction, then your body is moved by the sway. Try to be moved by the various part of body; pelvis, stomach. chest, and head. Imagine that you are sitting at the center of big horizontal clock. Now you are swaying 12-6 o'clock direction. When you notice the shift, the direction of swaying has changed to 1-7 o'clock direction. Rereat two or three times at the same drection, and shift next direction with following the number of the clock, 2-8, 3-9, 4-10, 5-11, 6-12, 1-7, 2-8, 3-9, 4-10, 5-11, and 6-12 o'clock. Try to change the initial part of body which is moved, pelvis, stomach, chest, and head, until the comfortable stream of body feelings fulfill your whole body. 3. Random swaying When you feel tired to count clock number, shift to random sway. Not only horizontal sway, but also vertical sway, and enjoy the passive feeling to be swaying. If you feel pain or stiffness at some part of your body, send air and stretch the part. Continue it until the comfortable feelings disappear, and the comfortable body feelings start streaming in your body. 4. Subtle swaying When you feel the comfort in the whole body, suddenly slow down and size down into the minimum speed and size. You will catch much more subtle body feeling at the each cell of your body, and they are streaming with changing among various taste. Taste it deeply and follow it flexibly. You may surprise what various body feeling are hidden in the darkness of body! Just enjoy the diversity and richness of the hidden body feelings. 5. Segmenting and amplifying If you feel that some part of your body has a tendency to move, just follow the body and move freely with tasting the subtle various feeling and movement; swaying, shaking, waving, shocking, being moved, being touched, becoming stiff or flexible. Sometime you segment the feelings, and sometime you amplify to the maximum movement. Try both flexiblly. Enjoy the spontaneous movement and ride on it by the whole body and mind without thinking and judging. When you become enjoy it, Congratulation! It's your subbody. Originator and creator
Subbody is another body which lives in the darkness of the body. In this realm subconscious and body become oneness, this is subbody. It is very creative and communicative dancing body. Subbody is an excellent creator of your dream, fantasy, imagine and dance. If you find your subbody, you can become an originator of your own unique
and true dance which connects to the deepest of your whole self. We have the safe method to guide you into the darkness of body where subbody
lives and to return back with controlling yourself. Listening to the body
Sink into the darkness of the body, and listen to the subtle sub-signal.
Rest your daily consciousness with deep breathing, and pay careful attention
to the subtle sign from the depth of the body. You will notice what our darkness of body continues to send various sub-signals;
subtle body feeling, momentary thinking, unknown fear, strange discomfort,
and so on, to the daily mind/body, Become subbody
As soon as you catch a sub-signal, you should amplify it by your whole
mind and body. Depend on the sub-signal for moving, for shaking, for melting, for floating,
for vaporing, you just follow the subtle tendency and develop it. Many kinds of tendencies are coming up and going. When you ride onto the
subtle tendency by your whole mind=body. You become oneness with your subbody. Resonance
Subbody is moving by the principle of resonance with others, with the world.
This is the reason that subbody is very communicative. Subbody moves by another way of our daily world which is limited by three
dimensional structures. When subbody resonates with something, it transforms into something immediately.
Subbody is free transformable magical body which can move beyond many different
dimensions. Secret between subbody and cobody
When subbody resonates with another subbody, it transforms to cobody. You will meet a strange secret. When you sink into your own darkness and become unique subbody, you will
find that your secret subbody connects and resonates with otherfs subbody
and shift to cobody. To solve this attracting secret is the pleasure of subbody dancing. Becoming whole self
Through subbody dancing you can become oneness with your whole self. We are divided into many pieces in this modern world, into the mind, body,
unconscious, persona, ego, not-me, dissociations, and so on. Then we lost
the true self. To become a subbody means to live with unifying whole of your divided parts. Affirm everything which exists in your whole
The most important thing for human is to affirm everything of our whole
self. All peculiarities in your whole self are parts of your life. The life does not want to be negated. Life needs an infinite affirmation. This is the most important principle for life. Just affirm everything. And find a new way of life which it becomes possible to affirm everything
